Wi-Fi

Fast internet via Starlink is available in the Chalet. If you do need to work during your stay the Chalet has a workstation.

 

Parking

The Chalet has plenty of space with a covered carport for two.

 

House Rules

To make your stay at The Sunset Chalet as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to follow our house rules. 

• The Chalet takes a maximum of four people

• Clients pay 100% upfront.

• No smoking inside the Chalet

• Music should not be so loud as to create disturbance in the surroundings.

Swimming 

Please noote that the swimming pool is not heated and is exclusively for use by our Chalet guests.

 

Pets

We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and at ease during their stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in order to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, including those with allergies or sensitivities. This also prevents potential issues with other pets in the compound. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Meals​

At our Chalet you will find some breakfast items - coffee, tea and sugar. We currently do not offer meals. however, we are happy to accommodate your needs with prior notice. We can arrange for someone to prepare fresh meals a an additional fee. Just let us know in advance and we’ll make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Children & Babies

We prioritise safety for all our guests to enjoy their stay with us. Due to a variety of safety reasons we do not accept children below the age of twelve. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations
We want to make your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. For this reason, we offer free cancellation. However, unless impossible, we request that you give us at least two days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. This will allow us to make necessary adjustments to our reservations and accommodate the needs of all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to welcoming you.​​​​
